We Are Grateful For A Wonderful 2016 & All Of Your Support!

2016 has been a year of so many changes not only in the grocery industry but the world as a whole. Like him or not who would ever have said Donald Trump would be President? Who would have ever imagined how many changes in both management and ownership would take place in 2016 both in grocery wholesale as well as retail.

Every day of every week we all challenged ourselves to find how best to grow, what are the right moves? What will propel our companies & the grocery industry to the next level? How can we throw ourselves right into the middle of it all and understand a transition of grocery retail morphing into who knows what.

"The Most Intelligent Of Us Might Say Who Knows Whats Next"

We all have our ideas but the person to listen to in grocery retail today is the person who is confident enough to say...."Who Knows Whats Next" Our industry is changing at warp speed and any company or group who can touch upon harnessing and understanding these changes will enjoy unimaginable success. Henry Ford type success.

For now as 2016 closes I would like to stand back, look at the year and be grateful for the year it has been. Regardless of any individual success or failure throughout 2016 we all worked as hard as we could to improve upon things. We all strived to deliver a better year end for our employees, our families and our friends.

For All 23,000 & More Of You...."Thank You For Listening For Another Year"

Some of you have appreciated my ideas and narrative and thanked me. Others not so much....one woman has told me a number of times....Just Get To The Point! Each of these viewpoints is much appreciated.

All in all I am grateful for 2016 and I think its important to thank each of you for listening, advising and in general showing interest in what I write about...what I care about...what I think.

So With That Said...Thank-you

In closing, many have asked why I choose to write about what I see in the supermarket industry today and my ideas. At Adlife we believe great ideas and its resulting "Branding" will give new life and direction to any company. So for that reason we chose to open the discussion.
